We are looking for 7 steel fixers for Finland, work in Helsinki and other parts of Finland. Work from 09/09. for a long period of time. Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a steel fixer, if they speak English. Work after 40 or 50 hours per week (we cannot guarantee that there will be work after 50 hours. In some projects it will be after 50 hours / week, then rotations 8/2, in turn employees who work after 40 hours per week will have to set meetings with the company on on a regular basis, or trips to Poland for a weekend or several days). The rate is EUR 13.24 / h gross, but the average total wage paid out in total will be around EUR 14.5-15.2 / h net, accommodation cost EUR 50 / week (double rooms). The first flight to Finland free of charge for an employee, if the employee has worked for at least 30 days in the company, the cost of this flight will be refunded later in remuneration. The monthly salary after deducting the cost of accommodation will be about 9,500-2,000 PLN / month net (depending on whether 40 or 50h per week), there is a bank of hours for overtime (when working more than 40 hours per week).
