We deliver Polish workers to agencies and shipyards. European companies contact us to find good Polish workers to work for them. Since start in July 2015 we have sent total to Denmark, Holland, Norway and Finland almost 500 Polish workers, some of them are working till now for customers of agencies.

Our efficiency is about 70%, which means for 10 sent workers by us, 7 of them work longer than1 month. In our database we have now over 2.000 Polish welders, 1.000 hullsfitters and pipefitters and 15.000 construction workers, such us carpenters, plumbers, tilers, electricians and others.

We search, recruit and send candidates to European countries, but not hire workers. Those things do agencies. However in Denmark and Norway we have possibility to hire workers by agencies for your company. We are paid for working hours of workers, when they start work, for maximum period of 1 year of their work. If worker works less than 7 days, we are not paid for him, as he is not good candidate. Here you can read more about pricing.
